Meet the Women Behind Mistic Maids
Mistic Maids was born from a shared belief that a clean home should do more than simply look beautiful—it should feel good, too.
Before becoming business partners, Allison Allred and Jessica Rice each spent years building lives centered around wellness, natural living, entrepreneurship, family, and caring for others. Their individual paths were different, but as it turns out, they were leading them toward the same purpose.
Meet Allison
Allison’s entrepreneurial journey began long before Mistic Maids. With a background in the wellness and natural medicine industry, she developed an early appreciation for the connection between our environment and the way we feel within it.
That philosophy eventually became part of the foundation for Arizona Rain Green Clean, the residential cleaning company Allison successfully built and operated for many years in both Arizona and Virginia.
As a single mother raising her two daughters, AniRain and Arizona, Allison built her business while building a life for her family. What began as a cleaning service grew into something much bigger—a company rooted in systems, putting God first, exceptional customer care, natural cleaning practices, attention to detail, and the belief that clients should feel genuinely cared for every time someone enters their home.
Years of entrepreneurship taught Allison that cleaning isn’t simply a task. Done thoughtfully, it can transform the way a home looks, smells, feels, and functions. Cleaning IS an artform.
And then Jess walked into an interview.

Allison is a lifelong entrepreneur with a background in wellness and natural medicine and many years of experience building and operating a successful residential cleaning company in both Arizona and Virginia.
As the founder of Arizona Rain Green Clean, she developed a reputation for combining natural cleaning practices with exceptional service, thoughtful systems, and an elevated client experience.
A proud single mother to her daughters, AniRain and Arizona, Allison built her business while raising her girls—an experience that shaped her work ethic, resilience, and passion for creating opportunities for other women and families.
Today, she brings her years of entrepreneurship, operations, sales, client retention, and cleaning-industry experience to Mistic Maids, where she and Jess are creating something even bigger—together.
Meet Jess
Jessica’s story carries many of those same threads of wellness, healing, service, God first, and entrepreneurship.
With experience in the natural healing industry, a deep connection to animals, and her own Mind Body Wellness business, Jess has long been drawn to work centered around nurturing people, animals, and the spaces around them. She also earned her Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership, bringing both formal business education and an entrepreneurial spirit to the partnership.
As a single mother raising her two boys, Steel and Spiro, Jess understands firsthand how important home can be—and how much peace can come from having a space that feels clean, comfortable, and cared for.
Her compassion, work ethic, natural ability to connect with others, and willingness to jump in and get the job done would ultimately make her an important part of Allison’s business long before Mistic Maids existed.
Jessica Rice

Jessica brings a unique combination of business education, natural healing experience, entrepreneurship, and hands-on cleaning expertise to Mistic Maids.
With an Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership, experience in the natural healing industry, a love for working with animals, and her own Mind Body Wellness business, Jess has always been drawn to work that allows her to care for and connect with others.
She originally joined Allison at Arizona Rain Green Clean, where she quickly became an integral part of the company and gained firsthand experience with its systems, clients, and standards of service.
A devoted single mother to her sons, Steel and Spiro, Jess brings compassion, determination, and heart to everything she does—and now brings those qualities to building Mistic Maids alongside Allison.
How We Became Mistic Maids
Our story together started with a job interview.
Jess applied for a position with Arizona Rain Green Clean, and what was supposed to be an interview turned into an hour-long conversation. Allison immediately saw something special in her.
Jess joined the company and quickly became an integral part of Arizona Rain Green Clean, learning its systems, serving its clients, and becoming part of the heart of the operation.
Eventually, Jess left to pursue a business of her own.
About a year later, their paths crossed again—and this time, Allison had a different idea.
Instead of simply going back to what they had already done, why not build something entirely new—together?
Two single mothers. Four incredible kids. Two backgrounds rooted in God, natural wellness, and healing. Years of hands-on cleaning experience, entrepreneurship, business systems, customer service, and a shared desire to create something meaningful for their community.
And from that, Mistic Maids was born.
Today, we’re combining everything we’ve learned from the businesses we’ve built, the families we’ve raised, the clients we’ve served, and the lives we’ve lived to create a different kind of cleaning company.

Still not happy? No charge whatsoever!
